husband and i marred for 22 years, been apart since 2000, in 2003 i became pregant by someone else ( he also has had a child with another woman at the same time our children are born a month apart) at the time i was unemployed and strungling we owned a home worth 205,0000. at the time i signed over my part of the property to him for a cash of 18,0000. he really owed me 40,000.00 not including our personal assets can i claim that he owes me the rest of the money in the divorce

Yes, you can still claim whatever share of the marital property which you believe that you're still entitled to. However, if you signed an agreement in which you clearly waived your interest in the jointly held home in return for an immediate cash payment of $18,000, this could be a problem and one which you will need to discuss with the attorney whom you will need to retain to represent you in the divorce action.
