Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

retaliation information

I would like to obtain a copy of the FMLA act especially the retaliation clause. I have returned to work after 12 week FMLA due to surgery and feel my employor is being punitive to me and retaliating against me for taking time off for a necessary surgery.
