Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in Virginia

When i file for federal torts claim for 2 million dollars for causing me to become deaf are they going to approve all of that or are they going to give me a different number thats more confortable for them?

I cannot tell what kind of claim you have; but there is no claim that you simply file and they send you a check. Unless it is a workers comp. claim, you will have to establish liability and value.
