I'm 23, have no car insurance, was driving my friends car cause she couldn't, hit someone from the rear a year ago now Im being sued for $300,000.

Did your friend have insurance? That should provide coverage. If not, you need to get a lawyer to defend the case. If you can't afford that, you may want to consider filing bankruptcy, as an unsatisfied judgment against you for a car accident will result in suspension of your license.
