Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

On 14 November 2009, my family and I went out to dinner at a local resturant. I ordered my daughters, 2 years of age, cranberry juice with their dinner. The waitress brings the drinks out and I give some to my daughters. Their facial express was something of dislike with what I had purchased for them. At the end of the night as began to leave the resturant my mother decided to try what we all thought was cranberry juice to later find out it was Sangoria Cocktail drink. What legal action can be taken if any?

Unless they were truly harmed and you sought medical attention or other help, I would think an apology would do. If you truly think legal action is really necessary, you will need to have the stomach and the wallet for an expensive lawsuit. Does not sound like much of a lawsuit to me and you could get countersued and have to pay their attorney fees for your filing a frivolous lawsuit, in my opinion anyway.
