How do I appeal a civil suit judgment that was rendered in General District court, Orange County VA?

you must go to the General District Court Clerk's office and note your appeal within 10 days of the judgement. Dont wait until the last day.

To follow up on Mr. Mims' comment, (1) there are different deadlines for unlawful detainer judgments; (2) you will need to pay filing fees, and if a judgment was entered against you, a bond, which will presumptively be in the amount of the judgment. The case will then be sent to the Circuit Court for a new trial. You should have a lawyer, as the procedures in the Circuit Court are not simple.
