Bought a car as is i was assured it had no problems come to find out it did i needed a cra i have small kids i am being taunted with texts saying im dumb car had problems all along can i sue

If you mean can you sue successfully, the answer is, yes, quite possibly, if you

were defrauded in this purchase and the seller made representations

to you regarding the condition of the vehicle which he knew to be false at the time, so, make sure you save those emails as part of the evidence you will need to prove your case.
