Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
what do i do if a car was wrongfully pocessed by a bank, you go to civil General District court, and you dont appeal a civil suit judgment that was rendered. Because it's out of the 10 day grace period, and they don't reopen the case after a motion to reopen hearing?

act timely in filing your request for an appeal (my opinion).
