Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
My child's mother has a truck that she promised to give to our daughter. So in a verbal agreement i went over and had the truck towed to my house and fixed the truck. We were waiting on her to get the tags and the title however she still has not done so and the truck has been on my property since the beginning of the year. I would like to know if I can take her to civil court for the truck since there was a verabal agreement made.

Yes, you could sue her, but the burden would be upon you
to prove this alleged oral agreement by a preponderance of the evidence
(not as easy as you might think).
