Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Civil Dispute

I just came back from a vacation where I split a hotel and airfare with another person. During the vacation, the person who I split the vacation with, decided to run off and hardly stay in the hotel. When it came time to check out, he was not around and his credit card was charged. I agreed to pay my portion of the room but he seem to think now because he didn't stay int the room that much, that I need to pay more. He is trying to say he check out early. I did not book the room, just agreed in terms to pay my half. He also drank the entire mini bar and I don't think I should pay a dime for that. Please advise on what ou think a court woud say in terms of the amount of this bill we each owe.

Re: Civil Dispute

Just what you've said, i.e, 50-50 for the hotel room, and the auxillary items such as the mini-bar to the one who consumed them.
