What happens if constitutional amendment conflicts within itself? Let's say one provision conflicts with another provision, breaking it.

If such were truly the case, it's unlikely that the proposed amendment would ever become law as part of the Constitution of the United States.

If you're referring to existing amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it would be up to the federal courts to resolve any apparent internal inconsistencies or conflicts within a given amendment, and at the present time I am not aware of any such problems of any major or noteworthy significance with any particular amendment.
