Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

A contractor that I recently used to lay down laminate flooring sued me for thresholds that I didn't want after I saw the workmanship on the flooring. He won the $315 (including the $58 legal fees) and I have contacted him to obtain the thresholds and pay him (including the interest owed for two weeks). He refuses to furnish the thresholds stating that he doesn't need to provide me with the goods since he won the suit. That was not my understanding when we left the court. The judge told him that he could not award him the installation fee but was awarding him the money since he made the thresholds. Is he correct that he does not need to give me the items that he sued me for?

Assuming the judge's order makes no reference to this requirement,

your mistake, apparently, was not asking the court to include it in its order governing the matter (in my opinion).
