Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

My daughter is 17 and has pictures of drinking at another parents's house who were not there but in Cancun on vacation. What are my rights? Should these parents be held accountable? The alcohol came from their house. We are making sure that our daughter is accountable for her actions, but what about the parents who left their 17 year old daughter home with a cabinet full of liquor?

Accountable to whom; Child Protective Services, perhaps, based upon your anonymous complaint? Your parental rights would appear to have been appropriately exercised in making your still minor child accountable for her conduct, but (if I were you) that's where I would leave it.
