Default Judgments
In the state of Virginia most default judgments are represented by an attorney. I've noticed cases most cases have never been satisfied. Am I to assume that they can be enforced even though an attorney is involved? If so, what would be the proper procedure to enforce these judgments?

Unless you're the judgment creditor(the one who was awarded the judgment by the court), you can pretty much forget about enforcing these judgments as a way to pick up some cash on the side unless, of course, you happen to have an active Virginia law license and are also entitled to hold yourself out to the public as a collection attorney. (Yes, the enforcement of such judgments is considered the practice of law and when done without possessing the required law license is generally considered the unauthorized practice of law.)
