I have been divorced for 7 yrs it was no contest and now my wife is trying to reopen saying that I owe money on a debt that has been settled by our property aggrement all remaining debt is in her name alone. I fulfilled my obligations as per our property aggrement what can i do to stop this or block

You will need to defend in order to avoid having the court make an adverse finding. If your share of the debt is paid, and this is the last item in dispute, at least you will get a ruling that should prevent her from ever coming back again.

But don't ignore the matter.
