There is a dog that is out 24 hrs a day and barks all night long. what should i do. can't sleep

You could notify the owner of this uncontrolled animal that unless s/he can

get this barking dog under control, particularly, during nighttime hours, that

you may have to file a civil suit against this owner in your local general district

court for abatement of a public nuisance.
