Drug abuse and child custody

My wife went to rehab for drugs 1 yr before our seporation we have joint physical and legal custody her getting children every other thursday-tue. Morning she is taking me back to court for a 50/50% split sun-sun can i have a drug screen ordered on her at hearing and how do i ask for it?

Your wife's substance abuse problem, whatever it may be, is a relevant consideration for the court in making its decision on her request.

You should merely inform the court at the hearing regarding the problem, and then request that the court enter an order for the initial screen, and then regular testing, if warranted, depending upon the result determined from the screen.
