Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
Dumb Test Givers
I paid to take a pre professional test back in November. No one showed to give the test. Due to incompetent employees, I went back forth with the company for two months trying to have the test rescheduled. I finally was reschedule to take the test today. The person I spoke to told me where I would be taking the test and sent registration paper for that location. I was sent another registration paper and did not open it because I thought it was another mistake on their part. Last night I open the other registration and it had another test location. I went to the test site in which I was told and no one was there. So now Im suppose to wait another two months because no one contacted me to let me know the test site had been changed. This is the only company that offers the test. I have been put through a lot of stress and inconvenience with this company. My question is does it sound like I might have a case against this company.

Re: Dumb Test Givers
No, not yet, since the company is apparently still providing you with an opportunity to take the test for which you've paid, and, assuming that you are able to do so, will then have fullfilled their part of the contract.
