Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
My former employer has put in writing to the virginia employment commission that I am racist, keeping me from unemployment. What can I do?

This allegation is not material nor dispositional unless it's found by the VEC to be a valid basis for your employer for having (presumably) terminated you from your employment "for cause".
