I was evictied on false pretenses from a well known bad property manager.

Evicted on false pretenses? No, I don't think so. (For some other
reason such as a material breach of your lease, perhaps, but that
would not include false pretenses.)

There are defenses to evictions and you should see an attorney asap. Especially in this economy, some judges have been sympathetic to tenants, in my experience anyway. Good luck.
