It depends.

Sometimes by telling them to leave, or by law enforcement, or by court proceeding if they are on a lease, co-owner, etc.

A true "guest" typically has no right to stay after you tell them to leave and thus they are trespassing by staying. A visit from the police may do the trick if they won't leave.
