Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
My ex-wife's husband made an unsolicited and unauthorized payment on my personal property taxes. He is now demanding that I repay him, however, I have also paid those taxes and have receipts. So do I need to pay him, legally, or can his constant phone calls and text messages be considered harrassment?
