Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

My fiance was charged with trespassing by my mother a few years ago and now it is hindering his getting a job. I was wondering if there was some way of having this removed from his record and what it would take to do so. He was an adult at the time of the charges being filed and the case tried. My mother has since taken the trespassing order off and she is willing to help with getting rid of the charges on his record. Now, I need to know if it is possible to do so and what all is entailed in getting the charges off.

Not possible, per Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq., once the accused has

been convicted of the crime, unless he or she can prove that the

conviction was wrongful or unlawful and therefore has been vacated or reversed.
