Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
When filing a civil suit against a business, do you need people names of just the business? I am in the commonwealth of Virginia.

Normally, as a plaintiff, you would want to name in your
lawsuit as a defendant not only the business itself, but its owner(s) and whomever else associated with the business who can also be reasonably
charged as a defendant in the case.
