Filing an injunction

I would like to file an injunction against someone to prevent them from collecting on a judgment, primarily because they committed fraud on the court. How would I go about doing this?

The case is over and you lost, unless you have really good evidence of a "fraud on the court" that you could not possibly have presented at your trial. Even so your chances are slim to none and Slim just left the building.
