Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

How do I go about filing a warrant where a driver of a tractor trailer came on my property and ran over my baby trees, bushes and cut ruts in my lawn. I have already filed a trespassing warrant on this person.

I assume you mean a civil Warrant in Debt for money, and not a criminal warrant. You will find this form on the Virginia Courts web site. Best to get an attorney to assist you. Good luck.
