Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I am trying to gain custody of my boyfriends body.He was killed in a car accident on Oct. 16th. No family member has come forward. I am aware that i need to petition the cirucit couort clerk of the county in which he resided. I can not afford a lawyer to accomplish this. How can I do it myself?

Contact the clerk's office of the circuit court appropriate to handle the matter and
determine whether they might have a form which you might fill out and file that could be used as your petition.
