Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

I ask about a gift of a truck that had been given to my daughter, by a neighbor whose husband had died, and now they say she has to give it back (it was in her dead husbands name), and we wanted to know her legal right to the older truck. She had asked for the title for over a year now, and always got excuses.

As I've already answered, your daughter is under no legal obligation to give this

truck back if it was given to her as a gift.
