my grandmother loaned her former broker money to save some property possibly ten yrs ago and has not been repaid. Can she sue for return or has a statue of limitatios run out.Im thinking there is some fraud involved. The amount is over 5000. Thanks

Your grandmother may have one year from the date she discovered the fraud (or with due diligence should've discovered it) to file her claim(s).
