if your gun rights are taken away because of a TDO and you went voluntarily, how do you get your rights back?

TDO, would that be Temporary Drug Overdose? If so, and you

were taken to and detained in a "pysch ward", (even though

supposedly "you went voluntarily"), your gun rights are gone and

cannot be restored under the more restrictive laws and regulations

now in place which govern such matters.
