Guy took my car title after I signed it and didn't bring the money back now saying he wants car or money or going to report and charge me what can I do I already got a duplicate title

If you legitimately sold him this vehicle and even provided him with a valid
duplicate title, you should have nothing to be concerned about regarding his
threats which you've mentioned (at least in my opinion).
