Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Hello

I received a letter from the person that I am currently living with, which is not a landlord and tenant matter that sent me a lawyer letter stating that I gave to vacate the premises that we share with in 10 days and I am currently unemployed and not able to move within the allowed amount of time. What can I do since I was staying there under verbal agreement.

Without knowing the terms of what you characterize as a "verbal agreement" which in fact

may now be a landlord-tenant matter, I couldn't offer an opinion on this particular situation.
