Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

I hired a women to as a housekeeper, she was horrible, she claimed to have a licensed business... she lied , i stopped payment after she harassed me about coming back to work know her husband is harassing me, what should i do... I have been very honest with her about everything.
Her IDEA of clean wasn't clean at all.
she quoted me a certain price then raised it to another with nothing being cleaned... I wanted my spring cleaning done, and she just simply didn't clean what she was supposed too and didn't want to. She was told her Job was Done UNSATISFATORY but proceeding to push the issue and try to return when I told he rabsolutely NOT and the reiterrated the reasoning behing my decision.
Now she is having her ?husband harass me.
