Husband's credit card debt
Can I be sued for my husband's credit card debt that I did not sign for or knew nothing about?

Re: Husband's credit card debt
It's possible that you could be held responsible for your spouse's credit card purchases if they involved what the law calls the "necessaries of life", such as food, shelter, medical care, etc. Otherwise, probably not.
