can i sue if someone took a degrading pic of me while i was passed out they then sent it to a bunch of people

Whether this incident would make for a viable case for defamation, false light or some related cause of action would require many more facts and information to determine.

However, if this "someone" is a person without significant (attachable)assets, it likely would make little sense.
