Insurance money
My mom past on 1-3-07,I had a policy,I paid the premiums, I was sole beneficiary. I paid for funeral home from money, there was some left over. My brother says he is entitled to balance of policy. He is taking me to court and garnishing my wages or so he says. Is he entitled to said money and can he sue me for money he had nothing to do with at all???

Your brother is wrong. If you were the only named beneficiary under the policy(and had paid all of the premiums on top of that), only you would be entitled to receive the insurance pay out. Your brother is entitled to nothing under this policy based upon the facts which you've outlined in your question.
