Investment Accounts held Jointly and as tenants in the Entirety - Their suseptib

In Virginia, are Investments held by a married couple as jointly and tenants in the entirety protected from judgements against one individual(spouse)?

At least one Va. bankruptcy judge has held that investment securities held as "tenants by the entireties" are exempt from claims against just one spouse. The Va. Supreme Court has not decided the issue, but its decisions suggest that the bankruptcy judge was correct. But it is important not to say "joint" but only "by the entireties," as these are different, and inconsistent, forms of ownership.
