Lat will and testament
My dad had a will. Everybody but me is dead. Does that make me the executor of his will?

You are certainly the logical choice, and would be the person having precedence over unrelated persons.
You need to take the will to the probate clerk in your local Circuit Court, along with the death certificate. The clerk will help you get started.
