Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I live in Virginia and I have filed a warrant in debt for repayment of a loan and insurance on a vehicle that was purchased in mine and another persons name. I currently have possession of the vehicle but am looking to file for permanent possession of the vehicle and to have the vehicle signed into my name solely. What do I need to file in general district court in order to have a judge grant me possession of the vehicle and the other persons name signed off the title.

I do not believe that any GDC judge would have the authority to order the kind of
conveyance which you've described.
