Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
I would like to know how long do you have to sue someone ,if they took money from you,and can you sue them from another state other than the state in which the incident happend?

Until it is clarified as to the circumstances under which this money
was allegedly taken, this question cannot be accurately answered, and, yes,
