Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

lot rent

The people I rent my lot from keep adding money they say I owe for water and late charges.. They never show me a meter reading for water.. I live alone and they said two months ago I used 35000 gallons of water.. Needless to say my water bill is well over th Hundred mark.. They charge Twenty- Five dollars more a month than the county does.. Is this fair..

Is it fair , you ask, for you to be charged $25 more per month for your water bill than what the county would charge? Who could possibly answer this without much more information, beginning with the basic question of what do similarly situated folks pay these water providers who also provide their water compared to what you pay them?
