mental anguish lawsuit

There ia a couple with a daughter doing a lease to buy the house of I am selling that was my mother's who only passed away 9 months ago. There are almost 3 months late with rent now. They will not return any communication with me at all. This has caused me much mental anguish and high blood pressure from trying to get the rent. I finally had to get a RE lawyer to handle this part of it. It is very emotional to me being it was my mama s house and we were extremely close. Would this be any kind of case for a mental anguish lawsuit? Please advise me as best as you can. Thank you

No, under the currently applicable law of the Commonwealth regarding such matters, I'm afraid not (in my opinion, of course).
