Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Would like to know

my nabor has security cameras all around his house well a few of them aren`t recording his property they are recording my property he counts the times he sees me let my cats out on his camera and tells my landlord i let the cats out the back door there is a camera pointed at my back door he also has a camera pointer at my driveway and records when i come and go i would like to know if i may have a civil case aginst my nabor can i sue him in court to make him point his cameras away from my property thank you have a blessed day

Sure, you could always sue your neighbor for abatement of a private nuisance(or something similar), but unless you could turn the presence of these cameras into something that would fit into that private nuisance theory, which isn't too likely as long as all of his cameras are on his property and their presence ostensibly for the purpose of providing security, you would be unlikely to prevail in any suit that you brought against him.
