Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Neighbors want my 17 year old Son to move in.

We have been having problems with the neighbors (ages 51 & 62) taking our son in their vehicle without permission, providing him with a cell phone (against our verbal directions) and letting him come into their house after they were notified that was not allowed. The other night he ran away and went into their home and was eventually retreived by the police and brought home. The magistrate filed charges on them for contributing to the deliquency of a minor and a court hearing is pending. They tried to get our son to request emancipation so that he could move in. We have also filed a no trespassing notice against them to prevent them coming on my property. Is there anything else we can do to protect our child from their predatory actions? Is there grounds for a civil suit. We live in the State of Virginia. Thanks

I'd say that for the time being that you've got the bases covered(legally speaking) that can be covered at this time with respect to protecting your son from your allegedly predatory neighbors.
