Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

neighbour

i have a person who is a neighbour, she is not on the lease, and she has assulted my wife and my self. I have talked with the police and until they can see phiysical evidance they cannot issue a warrent. The leaseing office has done nothing and we have called and talked to them several times, what can I do

If either you and/or your wife have been physically assaulted by this neighbor or any other person, either or both of you could go down to the local magistrate's office and swear out a warrant for the arrest of the alleged perpetrator(s).
