Assuming that you did not give it to her as a gift and that it still legally belongs to you, you could go to the general district court in your locality and ask to file what's called a Warrant in Detinue, requesting either the return of your wrongfully distrained property or, in the alternative, a judgment in favor of you and against the withholder for the fair market value of the laptop(some proof of such value will likely need to be presented if this alternative is pursued).
