obtaining a lein
how do i get a lein on a person's upcoming worker's comp settlement in Tennesse if i have a small claims civil judgement in Virginia against that person? After I got my judgement, is there anythhing further I need to do to collect in this way?

Yes, there's a whole lot that you would need to do before attempting to attach these workman's compensation settlement funds in Tennessee(if it's even possible), but you would first have to have your Virginia judgment registered or "domesticated" in the appropriae court of Tennessee before any further action on your part could be undertaken to enforce your Virginia judgment.
