possible outcome

need to know possible outcome for sumone who violated probation for the first time by failing to have clean urine at a drug screening. He also went on the run when he found out that he had violated and caught 6 months later driving without a license and was incarcerated.

Let's see here, violation of probation, failure to appear on possible Show Cause Rule with consequent capias(warrant), and NVOL(no valid operator's license(also a jailable offense).

Even without knowing what part of the defendant's original ssentence had been suspended, it would appear that these various offenses could add up (taken jointly or severally) to at least some time in the local slammer for an offender convicted on one or more of them.
