Parental permission and Medical consent w/ Liability Release
My wife wants to hire a minor to do lawn care. I wanted to know if the Parental permission and Medical consent with Liability release form covers me f the child gets injured while providing lawn care on my property?

I would think so, unless somehow you were grossly negligent in whatever occasioned the child's injury on your property, but then again, who could really say for sure, particularly without having actually reviewed the particular release form to which you've referred?
