Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

right of passage

Can I be prohibited from removing a tract of timber I have purchased when I must cross anothers property to do so? I will maintain road in as good as or better condition. This is considered to be an agricultural product in Virginia such as tobacco or corn. This is urgent to my financial survival.
